GB finished in 9th place, 2 marks behind Italy. The winning team was Russia, then Germany and Ukraine. Kristian Thomas qualified for the floor final in 4th place with 15.225 but unfortunately Louis Smith fell on pommels so didn't make the final. GB's highest score on high bar was 13.975 - which  our own Sam Hunter can regularly beat when fully fit! The highest all round score was from Maxim Deviatovski on 89.85. None of the British team did all 6 pieces.

9th place is an improvement for GB but who knows what could have been if they had had a replacement for Ruslan in the team.

Tomorrow, it's the turn of the Juniors.
