The London Open was held on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 March 2010.  Due to Nathanael's dislocated shoulder and Matt's broken leg only Sam Woodford was competing at U18 and Isaac Glenn at U14. Both had steady competitions as part of their build up for the team championships.  

In the Senior Competition, Andy Smith wasn't able to compete because of a bad back but Jake Houtby and Ben Taylor competed with Ben finishing 8th on each of floor and vault.
