Report and Pictures by Sue Snelgrove
Well done to the boys who competed in extremely hot conditions at Pegasus on Saturday - the U12 team had some very good routines and only just missed the bronze medal by less than a mark. This was the first full voluntary competition for most of the team and they managed very well. Hamish Carter won the gold medal on parallel bars and in the Under 10 age group Josh Nathan came 6th overall with 4th place on pommels.
There were some very good competitions from the boys in the other
age groups as well - and particular congratulations to
Nathanael Fittro for gold on
rings and bronze on vault in the Under 16 competition. At Under 14
Matt Liddiard won bronze all
round, silver on p bars and vault and bronze on rings,
Sam Woodford came 5th on p bars and
Jacson Curtis 5th on vault. At
senior level Andy was 4th
overall and won bronze on rings.
