Notts School of Gymnastics is a boys' gymnastics school of excellence providing elite gymnastic coaching for boys from the age of 5 years up to senior international level. It was officially awarded the status of High Performance Training Centre by British Gymnastics in December 2003. The club also has a boys' TeamGym Squad

The club was founded in 1989 by ex-Olympian Barry Winch. Since 1997 it has been based at the National Sports Acrobatics and East Midlands Gymnastics Centre in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

The centre is a purpose-built gymnasium fully equipped for all gymnastic disciplines which is attached to Rushcliffe Leisure Centre.

Entry to the club is by selection and trials are held approximately every six months. Boys are fed into the squad through General Gymnastic and Pre-School gymnastic classes held at the centre. They are also considered on recommendation from other clubs and schools.

We currently have between 50 and 60 boys divided into seven squads. Each squad is under the specific guidance of a senior coach. Our gymnasts have achieved considerable success nationally and in the international arena.
