Return in the delivered condition (unused) in original packaging for exchange or refund. We do reserve the right to charge a handling charge if items are returned in an unsaleable condition. Please Note: On non-faulty returns, the cost of outgoing postage/shipping will be deducted from the refund. If products are received damaged, we must be notified in writing within 7 days from receipt. We reserve the right to charge postage/shipping for re-delivery of orders.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling. The prices shown on the product pages include 17.5% VAT (sales tax). Customers who are not in the European Community will not be charged VAT.
